TERMS AND CONDITIONS of Gravity Indoor Skydiving (“the Flight”)
These terms and conditions were last modified on January 31, 2016.
Please read these terms of service carefully before proceeding with any flight booking.
By using or accessing the service in any way, viewing or browsing the website, or adding your own content to the website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions of the agreement. In addition, when using these particular services (the flight), you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you don’t agree to abide by the above, please don’t use this service.
The website is fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights law. Our website does contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned by Gravity Indoor Skydiving.
All prices are displayed on the website booking page and/or can be retrieved by contacting Gravity Indoor Skydiving Reception.
In the light of our aim at all times to provide our Customers with the best offers and experiences, Gravity Indoor Skydiving will have the right to change the mentioned prices and the flight times provided and that Gravity Indoor Skydiving shall inform its Customers in advance.
The flight can be bought by making the payment with payment cards VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, as well as by online payment.
BUYING THE FLIGHT ONLINE
In order to buy a flight online the Customer must select the preferable flight day (date) and time and the duration of the flight which is shown in minutes. The minimum duration of the flight that can be purchased is 2 minutes. Booking online is possible only for the next day or thereafter. If available it is also possible for the Customer to purchase additional minutes whilst in the tunnel at a discounted rate. This offer is not available to PRO flyers and can be purchased at a maximum of five times per class.
When buying the flight online the Customer may choose one of the offered discounts, if they are available at that time. A Customer who has bought a flight with a discount on the internet must produce relevant and valid documentation at Gravity Indoor Skydiving front desk.
After choosing the flight date, time and duration, the Customer must connect to the Gravity Indoor Skydiving system with his/her Gravity Indoor Skydiving user account. If an account does not already exist in the system then one may be created by the Customer.
A secure connection is required for each purchase and to register the Customer’s name in the Gravity Indoor Skydiving flight schedule. All Customers will be requested to provide identification to prepare an electronic invoice. If a booking has been made online, it is necessary to show email and/or confirmation of payment to the front desk before the flight.
In order to create a Gravity Indoor Skydiving user account the Customer must complete the form available on the website. This requires Customer name, surname, e-mail address, and telephone number before being permitted to register a user name and password.
In order to complete account registration and to confirm the electronic mail address, a letter with a link will be sent to the mail address provided by the Customer. The Customer must open this link in an internet browser within 24 hours.
After connecting to the internet site with the Gravity Indoor Skydiving user account, the Customer must select one of the offered payment options to pay for the flight – with payment from one of the approved banking cards.
After payment, a flight purchase confirmation email containing information about the flight and the flight purchase invoice will be sent as an attachment to the electronic mail address of the Gravity Indoor Skydiving user account indicated during registration.
If the Customer wishes that the flight service invoice includes requisites of a legal entity or of a company (name, registration number, address), before making the purchase, the Customer must add the organization’s requisites in the relevant information fields on the Gravity Indoor Skydiving user account. After making the purchase, these requisites will be shown in the flight purchase invoice, which will be sent to the Customer to the electronic mail address indicated in the Customer’s Gravity Indoor Skydiving account.
If after making the purchase, a message is not received at the Customer’s indicated electronic mail address with the flight purchase confirmation and invoice, the Customer should inform the Gravity Indoor Skydiving administration about it by calling +973 13100000.
CHANGING THE FLIGHT TIME
Gravity Indoor Skydiving ensures the option for the Customer to change the flight time free of charge, if the Customer informs Gravity Indoor Skydiving about it not later than 72 hours before the initially purchased flight time. Gravity Indoor Skydiving and the Customer agree on the new flight time, taking into account the possibility to provide the flight at another time at the Customer’s choice. If the new time corresponds with the working hours of Gravity Indoor Skydiving and the selected time is not booked for flights of other Customers then the change is permitted free of charge.
The flight time can be changed by calling +973 13100000 on weekdays from 10am – 8pm or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. Customers wishing to do so must include name, surname, electronic mail address, the booked flight time (to be cancelled) and the preferable new flight time. The time of the bought flight service can be changed only once. Money for the purchased but unused flights cannot reimbursed.
TRANSFERRING THE FLIGHT TO ANOTHER PERSON
The Customer has the option to transfer the purchased flight without additional charge to another person (to change the name and surname of the registered flight user) if the Customer informs Gravity Indoor Skydiving about it not later than 72 hours before the initially purchased flight time.
The Customer who has transferred or gifted his or her booking to another person must register the name and surname of the person flying before the Flight by calling +973 13100000 on weekdays from 10am – 10pm or by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Transfer of the purchased flight to another person is possible only once.
If the Customer is late for their originally booked slot at Gravity Indoor Skydiving and the flying session has already started, then an offer to wait until the next free flight session that day may be possible. If the Customer is unable to fly that day they can re-book another session on a later date for a re-scheduling fee of BHD 6.000. This must be paid before confirming the new flight time.
If the Customer does not show up for the booked and paid session, the Customer will not receive a refund and cannot re-book a slot in lieu of the no-show flight.
The Customer has the option to buy a flight as a gift card. Each gift card has a unique automatically generated code that can be exchanged to a flight package in gift card receiver selected date and time.
Gift card contains:
- Unique code
- Expiry date
- Design – the Customer will receive gift card in PDF file, which can be printed out and gift it as a gift.
- Recipients Name.
Usually the gift cards price is equal to a current flight package peak price. The gift card receiver can choose any of the available sessions on the booking site to confirm their flight time.
Gift cards can be purchased as follows:
- Online on the webpage www.gravitybah.com – sent to email as a PDF file.
- At Gravity Indoor Skydiving reception, reception staff will create gift card code and give physical gift card with it.
Gift cards can be spent as follows:
- Online – unique code can be entered in the tunnel webpage booking module in the beginning of a booking session on www.gravitybah.com website.
- At Gravity Indoor Skydiving – gift card can be given to reception upon arrival.
CANCELATION OF A BOOKING
The booking can be cancelled by calling +973 13100000 on weekdays between 10am and 8pm or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. The following information must be included in the e-mail; Customer’s name, surname, the electronic mail address and the booked flight time (to be cancelled).
No refund will be made, however the Customer can change their booking as long as it is not later than 72 hours before the initially purchased flight time. If it is within 72 hours before the initially purchased flight time the Customer will not receive a refund and cannot re-book a flight in lieu of the cancelled flight.
If a flight is cancelled by Gravity Indoor Skydiving due to technical reasons the Customer has the choice to change the flight to another convenient time. Gravity Indoor Skydiving will not be liable to pay the Customer any compensation or to accept any claim whatsoever on their account.
ONLINE PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You have to make sure that the information related to your credit card used for online payment is correct and accurate, and you have to use a credit card affiliated legally to you. Your personal information will not be used or shared with any third party by the online service except to verify the information and to make sure that it is lawful and not forgery, based on law or lawful authorities request or based on the court order.
The online service will not be liable to the credit card forgery, you will be borne the full liabilities for using a forgery credit card and you will be liable to prove otherwise. In case of failure to provide you with your order or any part thereof, we will notify you in this regard immediately, we will return the whole amount paid by credit card in consideration of your order or part thereof.
By you using the online payment service on our website shall be deemed as an implied consent for your complying with these terms, if you do not accept any clause of these terms please do not use this service. In case of the online payment the Customer will receive a notice on his screen once accepting the payment.
Gravity Indoor Skydiving shall have no liability for refusal or reversal of payments by credit card issuer for any reason; you have to check with the issuing bank about the reason of this refusal.
We do not store your credit card information on the website; all the information and details of the credit card that will be entered into the electronic payment gateway will be encrypted for security purposes, all the correspondence on the website will be also encrypted.
Gravity Indoor Skydiving may use your personal information within www.gravitybah.com: (1) to provide you with the services and products you request; (2) to answer questions about our services; billing, payment methods or use of our website; (3) to process or collect payment for our services, (4) to conduct customer surveys; and (5) to contact you about the products and services that we offer.
We will not disclose any personal information to any third party (excluding our contractors to whom we may provide such information for the limited purpose of providing services to us and who are obligated to keep the information confidential), unless (1) you have authorized us to do so; (2) we are legally required to do so, for example, in response to a subpoena, court order or other legal process and/ or, (3) it is necessary to protect our property rights related to this website.
We also mean share aggregate, non- personal information about website usage with unaffiliated third parties. This aggregate information does not contain any personal information about our users.
We exercise great care to protect your personal information. This includes, among other things, using industry standard techniques such as firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we can’t ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from us. This is especially true for information you transmit to us via email since we have no way of protecting that information until it reaches us since email does not have the security features that are built into our website.
In addition, we limit our employees and contractors’ access to personal information. Only those employees and contractors with a business reason to know have access to this information. We educate our employees about the importance of maintaining confidentiality of Customer information.
We review our security arrangements from time to time as we deem appropriate. If you are using www.gravitybah.com website for which you registered and choose a password, we recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also remember to sign out of the www.gravitybah.com website and close your browser window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others can’t access your personal information and correspondence if others have access to your computer.
From time to time, we may change this privacy statement. For example, as we update and improve our services, new features may require modifications to the privacy statement. Accordingly, please check back periodically.
If the Customer chooses to buy a flight at a time that is not indicated as available for flights on the Gravity Indoor Skydiving website, the Customer can send a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org or call on +973 13100000 and requesting additional information. Before the flight, the Customer and/or any other person who will be participating in the flight must sign the Gravity Indoor Skydiving waiver and the rules for use of the flight. Persons who have not signed Gravity Indoor Skydiving waiver will not be allowed to fly. Any persons below the age of eighteen (18) must have the waiver and the rules signed by a parent or guardian.
By purchasing the flight on the Gravity Indoor Skydiving website the Customer confirms that he/she has read, understood and agree the terms and conditions of Gravity Indoor Skydiving and that he/she agrees to receive the flight in compliance with the provisions of the Agreement. At any time and at its own discretion, Gravity Indoor Skydiving is entitled to change the terms and conditions, and any such changes will become effective at the time of publishing them on the website www.gravitybah.com.
If a Customer or their child choses to not disclose any reason that may make them not eligible to utilize the FLIGHT, or if the Customer is unaware/does not know of any reason by their negligence or without negligence, and this reason leads to monetary, health issues or any other damages to the Customer, the Customer shall have full liability and Gravity Indoor Skydiving will not accept liability for this.
Your approval for using our website and our electronic services shall be deemed an approval for receiving our electronic messages in all its forms by email, periodic publishing, notifications or the announced warning on the website. Based on the same you agree that all electronic transactions sent to you shall be legally binding and shall be deemed a written transaction.
Gravity Indoor Skydiving shall have the full right to amend the terms and condition at any time without any prior notice or warning. You may log into the newest version of the terms and conditions on the website at any time. If you don’t agree to the amended terms and conditions, you shall stop using this service. Your continued use of the service after the amendments have been made shall be considered as an implied consent to comply with the amended clauses.
